Yes - the program includes use of specific training gear, but gear that is easy to get your hands on. Below is a list of the equipment needed to make full use of the Runners Knee Rehab program.
- Tennisball or lacrosseball
- Broom stick or similar
- Access to gym or else wise having access to elastic bands, dumbells or kettlebells, a swiss ball, a foam roller and a place to hang from in your arms.
